National Alert Registry Membership
The free search provides approximate locations of registered sex offenders based on zip code. You must be at eighteen years or older to use the service. The paid membership service and alert updates are based on the exact location of the member, as provided by them, and provides additional details of those sex offenders. We cannot guarantee that either the free search and/or the paid membership service will provide the accurate location and information on all registered sex offenders. Information is provided on a best efforts basis and based on aggregating from third party sources.
You agree and acknowledge that positive identification of a person believed to be a sexual predator cannot be established unless a fingerprint comparison is made, and further agree to use this service only for purposes of information, and not to harass or commit any crime against the offender or any other person. National Alert Registry recommends that you update any data obtained from us by checking with the applicable State's sexual predator information website for the latest information. Offender data is updated monthly.
Mississippi residents: As required by Mississippi law you may obtain a list of offenders free of charge. Simply visit http://www.sor.mdps.state.ms.us/
Hold Harmless
You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold National Alert Registry and all its officers, directors, owners, agents, employees, information providers, affiliates, licensors and licensees (collectively, the "Indemnified Parties") harmless from and against any and all liability and costs incurred by the Indemnified Parties in connection with any claim arising out of any breach by you of these Terms of Use or the foregoing representations, warranties and covenants. You shall cooperate as fully as reasonably required in the defense of any claim. National Alert Registry reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you and you shall not in any event settle any matter without the written consent of National Alert Registry. This agreement shall be subject to and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, excluding its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising hereunder or related to services provided by National Alert Registry shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the American Arbitration commercial arbitration rules, and the jurisdiction shall be in Orange County, Florida. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any liability of National Alert Registry hereunder shall be limited to the actual membership fees and charges paid by the member. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law, the remainder of this agreement shall continue in effect. Notwithstanding any other provision in this or any other agreement between the parties, the provisions of this agreement shall prevail in the event of any conflict, and all non-conflicting terms and conditions contained in any other such agreement are incorporated herein by this reference.

IN NO EVENT SHALL NATIONAL ALERT REGISTRY OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (OR, WITH RESPECT TO USE OF INFORMATION CONTAINED ON NATIONAL ALERT REGISTRY'S OR ITS AFFILIATE'S WEBSITES, ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER), INCLUDING THOSE RESULTING FROM DELAY, INACCURATE INFORMATION OR DATA, LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER TORTIOUS ACTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF INFORMATION CONTAINED IN NATIONAL ALERT REGISTRY'S OR ITS AFFILIATES WEBSITES, OR FROM NATIONAL ALERT REGISTRY'S PROVIDING THE SERVICES HEREUNDER.
